We created ‘Destination Summer’, a new TV ad and multimedia campaign aiming to position Freemans.com as the go-to brand for all your customer’s needs, whether at home or abroad throughout the season.
With Comedian Katherine Ryan as the voice over, the campaign was amplified across all Freeman’s owned channels as well as digital, paid social, Youtube and Pinterest.

Christmas has arrived at Freemans. Think fashion. Fun. And all the glitter.
The Christmas Campaign at Freemans is a celebration of the festive season, showcasing a wide selection of products where you can now choose flexible payment options.
The campaign made a significant impact across various platforms, including TV, social media, YouTube, and Pinterest. We elevated the festive experience by incorporating subtle motion cinemagraphs with handcrafted glittery typography.
There was a 5% increase in Christmas sales, 60% of featured products selling out, and a notable 23% rise in website traffic.

Spring Campaign 2024

The campaign follows the look and feel of the Made You Look creative that we launched in Autumn 2023. The latest campaign introduces Flexi3, a brand-new credit offer giving customers the options of spreading the cost interest free.
Designed to grab attention and modernise perceptions of the Freemans brand by standing out, the latest execution sees models of different ages, genders and sizes all wearing some of the latest fashion from the retailer in a variety of ‘flexible’ poses.
The campaign ran across all Freemans-owned channels as well as digital, paid social, Youtube and Pinterest.

After winning Freemans in 2023, we were tasked with redefining the image of the Freemans digital department store as a modern online destination for all things home, fashion, and beauty. We needed to tell the story of who Freemans is today.
The new innovative campaign concept 'Made You Look' presents the brand's offerings in fresh and surprising ways, captivating and engaging customers as they scroll through their social media streams. We needed to expand and maintain the current customer demographic but also draw in new buyers.
